Week 1 - Just Thinking of How Lucky I am

Well I am wrapping up my evening with my last blog before weigh in tomorrow.  I am excited and quite honestly a little anxious as well.  My plan is to post my stats and new pictures in the same gorgeous outfit.  My son Parker is my photographer and he said he would help me in the am.  :)

I am not sure if I mentioned in my posts that I am currently an unemployed Human Resources professional.  I was displaced after 6 1/2 years of service.  I received a severance package and should be fine for a couple of months - but... definitely am pounding the pavement with my resume.  If anyone knows of anything local to Castaic, California... please share with a comment or email. I appreciate any feedback.  :)

During this time, I have reflected on a number of things in my life - my children, my long and short term marriages (3 to be exact), my health, my love life, my desire to stay at home an mother my 13 year old son.  I have had fun taking him and picking up from school and he has appreciated it....so I am EATING IT UP (no pun intended ).  As I know this time will pass quicker than I will realize... he is finding himself and as much as I don't want it to .... it needs to happen without me sometimes. I have to trust that as a single mom, I have done the best I could and will continue doing so for him and myself.  I have 2 wonderful daughters as well - Victoria is the oldest, she will be 29 this year; then there is Celia, she will be 28 this year. The three are the loves of my life and I am a "MOMMA BEAR" through and through.  We have had our ups and downs...me with them and them with me...but at the end, I love them.
