End of the Night Drink

Well... it was a long day, but a good day. I treated myself to a wonderful juice  several hours before bed time.

My yummy and refreshing cocktail includes:

1 beet with tops, 1 beet (no greens), 1 small cucumber, 1 inch piece of fresh ginger, 1 whole lemon (peeled, unless organic), 4 carrots (with ends cut off) and 1 whole small green apple.  Put all veggies and fruits through your juicer (no particular order) and TAAADAAA.... a yummy cocktail!!
